  1. Always obtain at least 2 views of a suspected Fracture (AP, Lateral)
  2. Evaluate for Fracture lines (black lines)
  3. Evaluate for non-smooth or disruption of the bony cortex (especially intraarticular)
  4. Evaluate for joint space widening (or narrowing)
  5. Evaluate for soft tissue swelling or fat pad displacement
