Myeloma

Diagnosis
Solitary Plasmacytoma (IMWG 2024, all 4 criteria must be met)
Biopsy-proven solitary bone or soft tissue lesion containing clonal plasma cells AND
Normal
Bone Marrow
without evidence of clonal plasma cells AND
Normal imaging other than primary Plasmacytoma (
Skeletal Survey
, MRI, CT) AND
Absent end organ injury attributed to lymphoplasma cell proliferative disorder (CRAB Factors)
Hypercalcemia
absent
Renal Insufficiency
absent
Anemia
absent
Bone lesions absent
Diagnosis
Solitary Plasmacytoma with minimal marrow involvement (IMWG 2024, all 4 criteria must be met)
Biopsy-proven solitary bone or soft tissue lesion containing clonal plasma cells AND
Clonal
Bone Marrow
plasma cells <10% AND
Normal imaging other than primary Plasmacytoma (
Skeletal Survey
, MRI, CT) AND
Absent end organ injury attributed to lymphoplasma cell proliferative disorder (CRAB Factors)
